Name John Galley Gender Male Death 1729 Kirtling, Cambridgeshire, England Burial 12 Mar 1728/29 All Saints Church, Kirtling, Cambridgeshire, England Probate 19 Mar 1728/29 Consistory Court of Ely - In the name of God amen I John Galley of Dullingham in the county of Cambridge being in good health of body and of sound and perfect minde and memory praise be therefore given to Almighty God do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say) First and principally I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping through ye merits death and passion of my blessed Redeemer to have full and free pardon and forgiveness of all my sins and to inherit everlasting life and my body I commit to ye earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my executors here after named and as touching the disposition of all such temporal estate as it have pleased almighty God to bestow upon me I do give and dispose thereof unto my son George Galley whom I do appoint full and sole executor of this my last will and testament. And I do hereby revoke disannul and make void all former wills and testaments by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I the said John Galley to this my last will and testament have set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of October in the first year of the reign of our sovereign Lord George the second anno domini 1728
